Alliance for Digital Innovation Shares Concerns with Proposed Rule Related to Controlled Unclassified Information

The Alliance for Digital Innovation submitted comments regarding its concerns with the proposed amendment to the Federal Acquisition Regulation related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). ADI hopes that its comments on this rulemaking will contribute to strengthening the protection of sensitive information, understanding what constitutes sensitive information, establishing clear standards for marking sensitive information provided by the government, defining the government’s ownership and responsibility for determining CUI, and ensuring robust security requirements for CUI as it pertains to federal contractors.
