The Alliance for Digital Innovation submitted comments to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s (OSTP) Request for Information on strengthening the U.S. science and technology enterprise. The comments urge OSTP to modernize federal procurement, research infrastructure, and authorization frameworks to strengthen U.S. scientific and technological leadership by accelerating adoption of commercial innovation, expanding public–private partnerships, increasing access to emerging technologies such as AI and quantum systems, supporting participation by small and mid-sized firms, and improving research security while minimizing compliance burdens.
