ADI was well-represented at the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Roundtable on FedRAMP Reform. ADI Executive Director Ross Nodurft (pictured left), advocated for a process that maintains a high bar of security while still encouraging and enabling rapid adoption of new and emerging technologies and services. “Over the last two years, ADI has expressed its support for codification of FedRAMP,” he said. “More specifically, ADI has stated and maintains its support for: the authorization of additional sustained resources to increase the number of FedRAMP authorizations; additional collaboration with industry; driving reuse and reciprocity of FedRAMP accreditations across the federal government; adoption of automation throughout the FedRAMP process; and the market certainty that codification provides for innovative companies seeking to access the federal marketplace.” ADI Vice Chair Steve Kovac represented Zscaler as its Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Global Government Affairs, testifying “I’m here because I have a long history with FedRAMP and first-hand experience in the importance of FedRAMP to helping the federal government secure systems as well as their networks and the challenges the programs have faced.”
